Urban rail transit FAO system: technological development and trends

چکیده

Abstract This paper introduces the worldwide history of fully automatic operation (FAO) system in urban rail transit, followed by development status China. Then, architecture and characteristics FAO are described, analysis method design requirements is proposed based on human factors engineering. The key technologies introduced from aspects signaling system, vehicle communication traffic integrated automation reliability, availability, maintainability, safety (RAMS) assurance. Furthermore, independent practical experience this summarizes management methods for construction lines prospects its future trends toward a more intelligent transit system.
